High School Musical 2

Ideally, I should’ve written this review Tuesday evening- but…I couldn’t be bothered. And I’m still not bothered actually…that reminds me, I still haven’t watched Teen Wolf…aah well, school holidays! Meaning late nights for a full extra week- and more pointless posts. Oooh, BAFTAs today as well! 🙂 Been reading on wattpad and doing school work ALL weekend, along with realising that Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens have so far been best friends for a decade, just the same as me and my friend.

” I always liked the idea of being in charge of my future. Until it started happening.”

Well, as I aforementioned, I actually watched this film a few days ago, but I’m pretty sure I know what happens, and it is pretty good. I’ll always appreciate the first film the most, but I got to give this one points for excelling more originality and less cliched scenes than the first one…I just think this film had more fun in it, and focused on other characters more. You were able to see how close everyone’s friendship with one another is.

And now for the plot:

It’s summer vacation, school’s finished and everyone’s up and singing. Troy gets offered a job at the Evans’ resort ‘Lava Springs‘ so goes with the rest of his team and friends, and, of course, he made sure that Gabriella got a job. Sharpay wasn’t happy with this- she wanted it to be her and Troy, and that’s it, but either way, she still does her best at getting Troy away from all his friends. You can probably guess what happens next: friendships go awry, new ones formed, old ones mended, etc, etc. Oooh, and don’t forget many more songs, definitely more matured than the first, different aura to the songs, more upbeat.

Well? What are you waiting for? Go, WATCH IT!!!!

“I’m more interested in about what my friends think of me and what I think of myself.”

P.S. Look out for a Beastly review and a City Of Bones book review! Going to watch the BAFTAs now, ciao! Oh, probably one on the BAFTAs too…
